All payments made to Ladder1 are non-refundable. Once a purchase or subscription is completed, Ladder1 will not, under any circumstances, provide partial or full refunds. This includes, but is not limited to:

Users may cancel their subscription or Services at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle the User to a refund for any fees already paid.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
